We try to collect as little as possible, and to be clear about what we do collect. This page says what happens to your data when you use GetSeenInAI.
What we store
When you run a check, we store the brand and competitor names you entered, the category, and the AI answers and score we produced, so we can show you the report and improve our scoring. Those answers are about brands, not about you.
We also keep this data over time as a corpus: the checks people run and the AI answers behind them. We use it to build category benchmarks, show trends, and train our own models so the product gets more accurate and cheaper to run. This is category-level data about brands, not personal data, and it is never tied back to an individual or shown to another account. Any feedback you send is kept the same way, to improve what we build next.
If you sign up, we store your work email and the brand you saved, so we can re-check it and email you the result.
What we don't do
We don't store your raw IP address. We keep only a one-way hashed version to prevent abuse of the free checks. We don't sell your data. We don't identify any individual to another company. Report pages are reachable only by their unguessable link and are never listed or indexed by search engines.
We use your email to sign you in and verify your account, and, if you ask for early access, a follow-up about the paid plan. Checks you run while signed in are linked to your account, which is what keeps your reports and re-checks yours. We don't run marketing blasts.
Aggregated patterns and models
We use aggregated, anonymized patterns across many brands to improve scoring, publish category benchmarks, and train models that power our analysis. Nothing tied to your account is ever shown to another account, and our models are used for our own analysis, never to fabricate what an AI engine said. The report always shows real answers.
